Can we try the assessment before offering it to students?+
Yes. Every institution that registers receives an evaluation code covering 5 free tests, separate from the code students use. Reports from those tests open without payment, and your dashboard links to each complete report, so a principal or counsellor can judge the full product first. Anyone using the evaluation code is told before they begin that the institution will read their report.
Can Indian schools outside India use it?+
Yes. CBSE and other Indian-curriculum schools in the Gulf, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal and Africa register exactly as schools in India do. Students take the assessment online, and pay for reports in rupees by card from their own country, or through family in India by UPI.
Can schools assess an entire class or batch?+
Yes. When an institution registers it receives a join link for each student level. Share it with a class, a section or a whole year group, and each student who completes the assessment through it and receives their report appears on the institution’s dashboard. Bulk invitations by email or spreadsheet are being developed; today the join link is how a cohort is formed.
What classes are covered?+
Classes 8–10 take the Career & Stream Assessment, built around the stream decision after Class 10. Classes 11–12 take the Career & Course Assessment, which covers degrees, entrance exams and routes. College students take the Career & Employability Assessment, which working professionals also use.
What does each student receive?+
A personalised report built from their own answers: an interest code, a personality and reasoning profile, careers matched with the arithmetic behind each match shown, and — depending on stage — all five streams ranked, or degree routes with entrance exams and indicative costs, plus an action plan for their top careers. It opens on screen once unlocked and can be saved as a PDF.
Can parents receive the report?+
Every report comes with a separate Parent’s Quick Guide, linked from the top of the student’s report. Reports are opened by the student on screen and saved as a PDF to share at home. They are not emailed automatically and are not sent to the institution.
How many students can an institution assess?+
There is no fixed cohort size in the product: a group of ten and a year group of several hundred use the same link and the same dashboard. For large cohorts or several campuses, we plan the roll-out with you — timing, lab access and how reports are covered — before students begin.
How long does the assessment take?+
About 45 minutes — 163 questions for Classes 8–10 and 178 for Classes 11–12 and college, including three short timed reasoning sections. Answers save as students go, so it does not have to be finished in one sitting.
Can colleges use the platform?+
Yes. Colleges use the Career & Employability Assessment for undergraduates and final-year students: roles ranked with the gap to each one, the skills and certifications that close it, and the higher-study routes a role requires. Register as a college to get a college join link.
Do institutions receive individual student data?+
For students who join with the institution’s code, only a list of those who have completed: each one’s name, class and report date — and students are told exactly that before they consent. Students who have not finished, or have not yet received their report, do not appear at all, and the dashboard never shows their answers, scores, reports or contact details. The one exception is the free evaluation tests, whose full reports the institution reads, and whose takers are told so first. Aggregate cohort insights are being developed, and are planned as trends across a batch rather than individual results.
How are reports paid for?+
The assessment is free to take, and each student unlocks their own report when they finish. Students who enter their institution’s code pay ₹100 less than the individual price: ₹599 for Classes 8–10, ₹699 for Classes 11–12 and ₹799 for college students, GST included. The code is generated when the institution registers and is shown on its dashboard.
Can we see a sample report?+
Yes. Complete sample reports for Classes 8–10 and 11–12, with the Parent’s Quick Guide, are published on our Sample reports page — produced by the real scoring engine from fictional students’ answers. Samples for college students and working professionals will follow with those assessments, and the demo includes a walkthrough of the assessment itself.
