Career assessment

Psychometric test for working professionals

Changing field with a salary, a notice period and people depending on you is a different problem from choosing one at seventeen. Advice that ignores those constraints is not advice.

Which moves are realistic, what transfers, and what retraining costs in time and money.

The assessment is free to take and runs about 45 minutes, with answers saved as you go. The report costs ₹599 including GST — one payment, no subscription, and you get every section of it.

What you are actually deciding

Those are the questions the report is written to settle, each with the numbers that produced the answer shown alongside it.

What the assessment measures at this stage

Options filtered against your constraints
Runway, pay-cut appetite and dependants are inputs, not afterthoughts. A route you cannot survive is not an option, and it is not presented as one.
What transfers, and what does not
Named explicitly for each route, so the value of your existing experience is quantified rather than assumed away.
Retraining time and cost, with a second way in
Each route carries what it takes to reach it, and an alternative entry, because the obvious way in is often closed to someone already in work.

What your report includes

Every section, at every price. There is no premium tier that withholds part of your own result.

Questions people ask before starting

I have ten years of experience. What can a test tell me?
Not what you are good at — you know that. What it adds is a structured read on work values and interests against a scored database of routes, filtered by what your constraints actually allow.
Will it tell me to quit my job?
No. It ranks moves with the cost and the runway attached. Staying put is frequently the answer the numbers support, and the report says so when it is.
Is my employer able to see this?
No. The assessment is taken by you and the report belongs to you. Nothing is shared with an employer.

What this assessment is not

This is a career-guidance instrument. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool. It does not measure intelligence, IQ, or a person’s worth. Its results are one input among several, and are intended to be interpreted with a trained counsellor.

Take the assessment

Free to take. Pay ₹599 only if you want the report — and then you get all of it.
