Career assessment
Psychometric test for college students
The degree is chosen. The direction is not. This is the stage where "what do I do with this" becomes a real question, usually about eighteen months before anyone asks it out loud.
Which roles this degree reaches, which specialisation to take, and what closes the gap.
The assessment is free to take and runs about 45 minutes, with answers saved as you go. The report costs ₹499 including GST — one payment, no subscription, and you get every section of it.

What you are actually deciding
- “I picked this degree at seventeen and I am no longer sure why.”
- “Everyone in my batch is applying for the same three roles.”
- “I do not know what I would need to learn to switch direction now.”
Those are the questions the report is written to settle, each with the numbers that produced the answer shown alongside it.
What the assessment measures at this stage
- Where your degree actually leads
- Career matches are filtered against the qualification you are holding, not against an ideal one. The list is what is reachable from here.
- The specific gap, and the route through it
- Where a role is a stretch, the report names which of your scores fall short and by how much, then attaches the certification or route that closes it.
- A stretch list, kept deliberately
- Roles you are not ready for yet are kept on the list with the gap shown, rather than filtered out. An instrument that quietly deletes ambitions is doing harm it cannot see.
What your report includes
Every section, at every price. There is no premium tier that withholds part of your own result.
- Full psychometric assessment, about 45 minutes
- Career matches with the fit arithmetic shown for each
- Skills to build, with the specific certification or route
- A stretch list — roles worth working toward, never a rejection list
Questions people ask before starting
- Is this different from the school version?
- Yes. The battery is written for adults and the report is about roles, specialisations and the skills that close gaps — not about streams or entrance exams.
- I am about to graduate. Is it too late to be useful?
- No. The report is about what is reachable from where you are standing, which is exactly the question at the end of a degree.
- Will it tell me to change my degree?
- It will not tell you to do anything. It ranks directions with the arithmetic shown and leaves the decision with you, which is where it belongs.
What this assessment is not
This is a career-guidance instrument. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool. It does not measure intelligence, IQ, or a person’s worth. Its results are one input among several, and are intended to be interpreted with a trained counsellor.
