You do not need to be planning on an Indian college to use this. The assessment looks at you, not at a syllabus or a country: what interests you, how you work, how you reason, and which careers and fields of study fit that. It is open to students of any nationality, and they use it to choose subjects and a direction for study in Kuwait or anywhere else.
The report suits a Kuwait family planning an Indian degree closely: colleges, exams and costs are Indian. It does not advise on Kuwaiti universities, but the profile and career matches still inform that choice.
